Delta Partners hires Chief Financial Officer

Delta Partners has announced that John O'Sullivan had joined the firm as its Chief Financial Officer.

John has gained senior financial and operational experience in the healthcare and high technology industries having worked with Becton Dickinson, Bourns Electronics and Digital Equipment Corporation. From 1994 to early 2000 John was Finance Director at Biotrin, the venture capital backed biotechnology company, in which Delta was one of a number of institutional investors. A graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, in Management, John is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and graduated from the International Advanced Management Programme at IMD, Lausanne.

Commenting on the hire, Frank Kenny, Delta's managing partner said "John brings extensive experience from his career with a range of high-tech multinationals. His finance and operational experience will be of particular benefit in the coming year, when we expect to exit from some of our older investments and begin to actively invest our new Delta II fund."
